Mr. Collett is president & CEO of NMX Global Software, Inc. Previously he co-founded and led Numetrics Management Systems, Inc., NMX’s predecessor company, which was acquired in 2013.
Mr. Collett also founded CII, a successful product and market strategy consulting firm focusing on electronic design automation (EDA) and benchmarking of semiconductor/electronic product development. He has also held positions at McKinsey & Company, Gartner Group and GTE Communications Systems and has been a regular columnist for Electronic Engineering Times.
Mr. Collett holds a BS in electrical engineering from Drexel University and a law degree (JD) from Santa Clara University.
Mr. Alden is Senior Vice President, Global Engineering Operations & Project Management and is based in California. He has over 30 years of experience in engineering management and software development, including operating system and programming language design.
Mr. Alden has held positions at MAI Basic Four, Data General, AT&T and a number of Silicon Valley startups. He has extensive experience in global software engineering management, managing and working with teams in Nigeria, Zambia, Ukraine, U.A.E., Armenia, Pakistan, India, China, Micronesia, Mexico and Ecuador, as well as North America.
Mr. Khan is Vice President of QA and holds the position of Managing Director of NMX’s Islamabad Development Center. Mr. Khan has more than fifteen years of experience in software engineering, with extensive expertise in both QA and DevOps.
He has been with NMX/Numetrics for more than ten years, where he has led the firm’s QA organization, delivering myriad production releases of its software products used by major global electronics companies such as Intel, Qualcomm, AMD, NEC and ST Microelectronics.
He has also held the position of QA Manager at Zigron, Inc. and has been a software engineering consultant with KAPS Consulting, Inc., a global software engineering consulting firm, where he worked on products for international companies such as Hewlett Packard and Fujitsu. In addition to extensive QA and DevOps experience, Mr. Khan possesses expertise in software localization for several countries, including Japan and Korea.
He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and an MBA from Preston University.
Mr. Qaisar holds the positions of CTO, VP of Engineering and Chief Architect and has been with NMX/Numetrics for more than seven years. Mr. Qaisar has more than fifteen years of software engineering experience in the areas of architecture, design, development, QA and operations (DevOps). In his capacity as team lead at KAPS Consulting Inc., a global software engineering consulting firm, Mr. Qaisar worked on and managed several major software development projects for leading technology companies including Hewlett-Packard.
He has also been involved in eCommerce projects and gained early experience in mobile and handheld devices, working on several Pocket PC platform projects involving data synchronization.
Mr. Qaisar received a BS degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
Dr. Martirosyan holds the position of Senior Scientist and Lead Software Engineer, overseeing all analytics research and development at NMX. Dr. Martirosyan has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and analytics. He has been with NMX/Numetrics for more than ten years, where he has focused extensively on development and implementation of predictive models used by leading semiconductor and electronics companies.
He has held the position of Deputy Chief & CAD/CAM Chair at the Inter-Ministry Institute of Skills Advancement in Armenia and earned his Ph.D from Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Dr. Martirosyan also holds a Masters of Science degree in automated management systems from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, where he was also a lecturer and teaching assistant.
Ms. Grigoryan oversees all business and project management in NMX’s Armenia office and is a lead software developer for the firm. She has been with NMX/Numetrics for more than nine years, developing expertise in numerous software engineering technologies, including Java, Java Script, C++, Struts and many others.
Ms. Grigoryan holds a BS degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University, an MS degree from the American University of Armenia where she was also an instructor, and she has done graduate research work in collaboration with Stanford University.
Ms. Grigoryan received the prestigious Armenian Presidential Award in the field of IT for her contribution as a leading scholar in the field of IT. Earlier in her career, she worked as a software engineer for Lycos Europe and a statistical analyst for the educational system in Armenia.
